Order Processing and Handling Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Sun). Please note that our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Mon-Sun) (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Cambridge Bay). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Canada: Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• United States: Orders will typically be shipped via Canada Post. For larger or time-sensitive orders, UPS may be used.

• European Union: Orders will be shipped through Canada Post to ensure a smooth shipping and transition into the country of destination.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and other external conditions beyond our control.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order/Shipment Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours (Mon-Sun).

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at  chapohstore@outlook.com or call us at +1 780-893-9314  We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged Goods

 Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Change of Address

 Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.
